Avianca is a low cost carrier from Colombia that is also the flag carrier of the country. Avianca’s main hub is located in Bogotá at the El Dorado International Airport. About 80 percent of their operations take place in South America, while they also provide flights to North America and some parts of Europe. Avianca is a part of the worldwide airline alliance Star Alliance.
