VietJet Air is a low cost carrier from Vietnam that was founded in 2007. The airline has five operating bases in Vietnam, for example in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. They have more than 40 destinations, both domestic and international ones. The airline is not part of any major global alliance, but has a codeshare agreement with Japan Airlines.
